PDM - Protein Drink Mix

Protein drink mix provides 108 kcal per serving and 15 g of high quality protein to help build muscle mass.

Protein Drink Mix can be consumed in various ways:

• Enjoy it as a tasty, calorie controlled high protein drink – perfect for after a workout, or add it to your favourite F1 shake for the ultimate high nutrition, tasty shake.

• 1. Add two scoops of Protein Drink Mix (28g) and two scoops of your favourite Formula 1 shake (26g) to 300-350ml of cold water, blend and enjoy as a balanced meal replacement.

• 2. To enjoy Protein Drink Mix on its own as a healthy high protein shake, simply mix 2 scoops (28g) with water and shake or blend.
