Refund Policy
Returning a product at VitalFitHlf is a simple and quick process. Here’s how to proceed:
- Contact Us: Please send an email to vitalfithlf@gmail.com to inform us of your return request.
- Return Form: After contacting us, we will send you a withdrawal form to complete and return via email. Be sure to fill out and sign this document properly.
- Return Validation: Once your information has been verified, you will receive an email with return options. You can then choose between a full refund, including shipping costs, or an exchange for other Herbalife® products. You will then be given the return address.
- Return Deadline: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to initiate the return process.
- Shipping Fees: If you choose to exchange the product, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, if you opt for a full refund, we will cover the return shipping fees.
- Refund: Once the returned items are received and validated in good condition, we will process the refund via the original payment method.
- Exchange Option: If you prefer an exchange, the new products will be shipped once your return has been approved.
- Refund Processing Time: After approval, we will confirm by email that your refund is being processed. The funds will be credited to your account within 72 hours, though this may vary depending on your bank.
